Meet Our Chef:

Mr. Zhou Guoqiang first began learning the art of Japanese cuisine in 1993, under apprenticeship of Takoi Sen in Shanghai Pacific Hotel. He then studied Kinza Sushi under Matsuto Sen at the Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai. In 2000, he followed Yoshida Sen of Cainiao Restaurant to learn Japanese Huai Shi Cuisine. Under the leadership of these distinguished Japanese chefs, he established his distinctive style through experience and practice. Mr. Zhou Guoquian has been appointed our Executive Chef of Yosetini. He insists on selecting only the freshest and highest quality ingredients from Japan to make superb authentic Japanese Cuisine. He excels at Artistic Sashimi, Sushi Moliawase, Cream King Prawn, to name a few. Each and every guest will experience the high standards of cuisine which he has demanded for the past 12 years.
